At EazyWalk, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
❌ No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed and delivered, the amount paid is non-refundable.
🔁 Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed within 15 days of delivery.
Exchange requests must be raised within the specified time frame.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

The product must be in original condition

Original packaging, box, and tags must be intact
Any product showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for exchange.
🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

Products returned without original packaging

Orders returned due to customer refusal or non-availability
📦 Exchange Process

Customers must contact us on WhatsApp to request an exchange

Once the exchange request is approved, further instructions will be shared

Shipping charges (if applicable) for exchanges may be borne by the customer
❌ RTO / Failed Delivery
If an order is returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or customer unavailability, it will not be eligible for refund.
Re-shipping the product (if requested) will be chargeable.
